Variance –The applicant proposes to replace and existing 6ft fence as shown on the survey, which had no prior approvals for the installation. The property fronts on two streets, therefore is considered to have two front yards. No fences shall be erected between the building setback line and the street (front yard) in the PC Zone. The proposed fence location that fronts on Jordon Place is considered a front yard.

Variance- The applicant proposes to construct a 14 x 30 Inground Pool as shown on the survey. The minimum setback from a building is 10” where 8” is proposed. The minimum setback from a property line is 10” where 6” is proposed. The applicant’s survey also does not reflect the required swimming pool barrier fence.
