NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of
Aberdeen that they strongly OPPOSE Assembly Bill No. 3959, and urge our Legislative
Representatives to not vote in favor of said Assembly Bill No. 3959.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of
Aberdeen that it hereby approves the State of New Jersey, Department of Transportation Trust Fund
Application for Improvements to Prospect Avenue and accepts the State of New Jersey’s contribution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this resolution and all necessary
required documents shall be submitted to the Director of the Division of Local Government Services
within the State Department of Community Affairs for approval.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Aberdeen that the Water Materials for Maintenance & Repair Contract be awarded to HD Waterwoks Supply for Items 1 – 4, 8 – 23, 27, 31, 33, 34 – 75; Sensus Metering Systems for Items 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 32 in accordance with the recommendation of James Lauro, Public Works Director dated June 14, 2007.
