Weatherization Energy Bulletin

Check-Mate, Inc., a community action agency serving low to middle income Monmouth County residents, offers a cost free way to lower heating bills.

Check-Mate has a program available to help low to middle income families reduce their household energy consumption, thereby lowering their monthly  heating bills, through their Weatherization Assistance Program.

Another program can help families pay for high heating bills, caused by insufficient weatherization of their homes, through their Home Energy Assistance Program.
